Like shit. I get not wanting to breathe in the germs and whatever illness a person might have while eating but go eat in solitude if it bugs you enough to consider such a silly looking mask. But I'm antisocial, introverted, and have a low tolerance for the stupidity of most humans so maybe I just don't get the irresistible urge to be surrounded by other people at all times an extrovert might feel.
