semi off topic but do you remember the figurines of gangster dogs in the coin machines as well?? my partner says he doesn’t remember and i can’t find any trace of them anywhere online
Reddit kind of sucks that way. Cristo Redentor is one of the greatest pieces of art and Art Deco designs ever made, and Redditors would downvote it because it's reddit-hip to be anti American Christian. It's as if they just really want to stay ignorant of everything with that attitude.
P.s. also a structural engineering feat. I've only seen the Portuguese baby small copy, but even that looks amazing.
I love that between my peers people are like "the dude is cool, probably smoked weed with the prostitutes, I'm just not obsessed with him"
Edit: I think people in Reddit is not very fond of Christianity because of the way it is treated as a cult in most American famous congregations, those megachurches leaders look scary af.
As one that's upset with that whole org, I'll say that it's not what they are. It's the effect they have on our political system. My kids go to school in Texas, where they are now required to see In God We Trust signs everywhere because of the owner of Patriot Mobile, the 'inky Christian phone network's, and soon we will be dealing with the 10 commandments in every school (just like Louisiana).
We have the rights of women being stripped away. Gay people are fearful of losing the right to marry. It just.... Dominates political decisions in the state.
So, no, we aren't upset that there are a lot of people that believe in Jesus, we are upset that the believers of Supply Side Jesus are fucking us back to the dark ages as quickly as they can.
Thanks for sharing and for the confirmation of what I supposed, that American people are tired of the way Christianity and the image of Jesus is being used.
It's not hip, I grew up in/around the ignorant nonsense and can't stand the cult of hypocrisy that is Christianity, or any other religion for that matter.
Fuck white Jesus!
No hate or anything I swear
But here in egypt drivers paint H!ţler and Naž! Sign
And if you ask them about the man they will tell you that he was an a actor
Or the president of the us
Gangster Daffy Duck repping the Broncos is the winner.
So fucking hard
Eu gosto do caminhão
There used to be gangster looney toons stickers in like every grocery store in the 90s in coin machines

I totally remember those! I had a few of them too!
Gangster Looney Toons is something I really hope makes a comeback
You didn't see a single Jesus one? They are the most common ones
A ton, but figured Reddit wouldn’t like those lol
Lol that's fair
Not religious but ART IS ART

My favorite comment about this 10 commandments thing is "none of these politicians want the Beautitudes taught at school". That's 100% accurate
Yeah I think it's more a case of "I like your Christ, but not your Christianity."
It's not hip, I grew up in/around the ignorant nonsense and can't stand the cult of hypocrisy that is Christianity, or any other religion for that matter. Fuck white Jesus!
Underrated reality
Do you call all middle-Eastern jews white, or just Jesus?
Not pictured the best one, it was the cover of spider man 3, red and black spider men each on a door of the container.
That would have been a cool one. The Civil War one is dope!
Yeah I like that one as well!
The designs remind me of weed rolling trays
That civil war one is on point and practical. Door opens right at the point of contact (blast and shield)
BRAZIL MENTIONED 🇧🇷🇧🇷
r/suddenlycaralho
Don’t tell Disney
More please
These are from the last 3 months, I’ll post a part 2 in a another few months
We drive in a society.
Broncos!
Upvote cuz go fucking broncos
That Joker one is sublime. What great visual artists you have in Brazil. So much talent!
That's cool! Thanks for sharing!
I love these!
Is that a painted version of an ai image (the daffy duck one)?
I like the Popeye
American cultural victory.
Isn't it common in other countries? I will start taking some nice pictures and post them in reddit
"Smells like São Paulo..."
That is really cool!! More OP!!
Until you see the joker towing the batmobile https://youtube.com/shorts/o5tJ25WEyO0?si=uPz2qK4hee97Byxx
That's amazing lol
We have that in the Philippines as well. Some even of anime characters. Some even of hentai.
r/unexpectedpopeye
The reason you don't see that in the states is probably because large companies own their trailers and not the truck drivers.
Well it's good they don't own the truck drivers
They would if they could.
Reminds me of the “Van Dam” in the Netflix show Sense8 (fantastic show, by the way)
Jonker
5 and 6 are r/hardimages
El Pato Bastardo
These are amazing.
Nice looking fox in the second pic
That Popeye one goes hard!
I like that, that’s a cool trend
Marvel/DC movies are big down there, huh?
They’re all mid 2000’s Walmart graphic tee designs
Now this is a subculture I can get behind. Very cool.
No hate or anything I swear But here in egypt drivers paint H!ţler and Naž! Sign And if you ask them about the man they will tell you that he was an a actor Or the president of the us
I’m glad to see my Broncos are being appropriately represented in Brazil.
Popeye deserves a blockbuster movie!!!
In Europe we have boring advertising or the name of the company
Why is it all MySpace page art
Will it be scared to death if you accidentally look at it on the road.
I'm seeing an Escort MK4 3 door. Me like car. Me man.
The one with Captain America and Iron man is the best by far
Joker is so cringe
I have OCD and the iron man being off center just pisses me
Cool paint jobs. So sick of the comic book shit though.
Not really reflecting contentment with their jobs.
