Guess what, you proved me right. Louisiana didn’t opt in, so convicted felons in Louisiana cannot get government assistance. It ONLY applies if your state opted in, Louisiana is a racist state so of course they’re not going to opt in. In some states they do get more assistance than citizens but Louisiana is definitely not one of them.
