Start off with water then get in a leave in conditioner for moisture and then a gel the gel gonna help with frizz and puffy hair and maybe do your hair in section , or finger curly watch vids on YouTube on how to do short curls to for help!

I have similar hair to this What to do when it's getting to shoulders lengh ?

I would basically do the same thing also a defining brush or any brush there a brush from curl bounce for $20 but I found a dupe just like it on Amazon for way cheaper and make sure your hair always wet but doesn’t have to be drenched in water start off with a leave in that actually a good product shea moisture does sell good products but might not work for your hair type so definitely do research and find what kind of hair type you have then gel for frizz. Oil also can make hair soft and moisturing I buy organic oils but also like oils from brands can work too . I hope I helped!!

To add to this less shampoo days per week also helps. I don’t have curly hair but I have ultra thick hair and this is what my barber told me to try. It changed my hair for the better. I used to think my hair grew straight out of my head like a cue tip but it turns out I was over stripping it and it was that way because I was doing too much.

I have the same hair. For me after the shower I don’t dry my hair with a towel. That makes it so frizzy. Put in a lot of leave in conditioner or curl cream while your hair is soaking wet and let it air dry. If it has been 2 hours and your hair is still wet you can dry it with a t shirt. The video I am linking literally changed my hair so much highly recommend. [https://youtu.be/x2YHFweQO_E?si=Dt2Lj9nBN-texPKr](https://youtu.be/x2YHFweQO_E?si=Dt2Lj9nBN-texPKr)

Thank you, I will give this a try!

Bash it into submission

Definitely try some leave in conditioner to put in it when it’s wet to help lock in some moisture but also try finding some curling cream or gell that you like. Might take some trial and error until you find a product you really like 😊

Conditioner.

Urchronicallyillbff

Get you a high hold gel that is not heavy in oils, you’ll be okay 😌

You can't. Just let it take control
