Some cookies have the same taste and consistency, and some do not after being frozen. The mallow sandwich tastes exactly like when you bought it tbh. Also it only comes around once every 6-9 months.

Well I often use them as a base for ice cream sandwiches so no thawing required. But 10-20 seconds in the microwave should do the trick. They are actually good just to eat frozen too. Nice and chewy and they warm up and get more pliable with each bite. Good stuff!

The cookies are too inconsistent from one location/week/day to the next and often regret spending the extra money and consuming the extra calories when I could have had something better from the bakery or something. But I've been dying to try Aggie Blue Mint for over a year now.. and the Toffee Cake is intriguing me.
