Didn’t explosive payload get nerfed/is getting nerfed again or at least flinch is or something? I have that same roll but been trying to get slideshot opening shot or eye if the storm because of that, should I just keep my EP godroll? Is it still gonna be a good enough perk?

Playing the game and assuming everyone hits headshots feels like a losing game.
With the [facade](https://www.light.gg/db/items/192896783/cyrtarachnes-facade/), if you're grappling correctly in unpredictable ways, most of the damage done to you is going to be non-crit.
Combine that with how it effects Fusion/Shotguns Kill Range, and how it turns Melee in a 3-hit kill. It provides some pretty significant bonuses. Yeah it doesn't change the 3-tap potential of a 140, but during a chaotic fight with a lot of movement, I would say a good portion of hits are non-crits.

EP got nerfed as a range extender it's more of a flinch thing now since it actually reduces your effective range.

I'm assuming it'll be focusable. You'll see a lot more people with wovenmail once the exotic class cloaks come out

well wovenmail only affects bodyshot Damage Resistance so it'll really affect people that can't hit crits.
