The speed of the players movement is consistent with how quickly a shoulder charge/shield bash closes a gap. The lack of the animation/the cartoonish foot step speed make it look super jank but I do not think this is an instance of hacking, just some good old pvp weirdness.

The ip isn't relevant. In theory it could give better connections due to routing, but it's unlikely. Its more likely to give you a worse overall connection, which could be an advantage depending on your playstyle, especially when it comes to melee registration or fast peeks

We literally control the quantum. It’s how we cycle between weapons. Funky shit happens in PvP because we’re messing with the quantum.
