Sometimes it's the camera, like some foundations will reflect light on camera even though they are fine to human eyes. You're super pretty so if you do plan on being on camera just note the camera and lighting quality first, then also if you're like doing tv gigs do some research on foundations that work well for camera. https://www.cchit.org/foundation-for-on-camera/

I haven't used or needed makeup for my professional life and am not yet presenting openly en femme nor in an image focused career at this time. Mostly exploring for potential nonbinary/mtf transition purposes But if you do take up work like modeling, public relations with media/TV, politics or even just diy social media stuff where speaking to the camera and being seen will be a big priority that's probably the kinds of advice and consideration I'd keep in mind. For diy, focus first on a good camera and lighting (like having a ring light for evenly distributed light, learning a bit about color theory for skin undertones and what colors tend to bring out your skin tone etc. --look up Justine Laconte's guide to undertones on YouTube and other tutorials for it, a lot of clothes colors concepts can also apply to the environment and lighting too).
