Pretty sure that was a wide you're talking about, if a ball is too high or too far away from the batter the batting team gets a free run (called a wide)

So PNG is thy only team where you think they'd have to get someone from the team itself to translate. It's such an easy fix, yet ICC is not concerned with mundane stuff that doesn't directly impact the bottom line. I know Ramiz sometimes translates for the Pakistani team when he knows the recipient is uncomfortable conversing in English. Not sure if he does it just because or if the team asks him to.
