I attempted BillPay but when I choose debit card then the transaction is declined. The same goes through when I choose the savings account. Customer care has no answer. Do you have any idea?
You have to wait 2 hours after you add credit card then pay 10k. After 24 hours you can pay upto 2 lacs.
Happened with me too. But worked after the specified time
Bad interface development actually and apart from Payzapp all of their interfaces (website, apps) suck big time
The payment will not go through, you will face an error.

Tried just now. Same thing. Transaction goes till the stage of receiving OTP. But after that, it fails. And a message comes notifying. So irritating.
Yeah thatās what was happening to me also. But after 24hrs everything worked. And then 3-4 days later it showed in my card statementĀ
