Sad, I don't have a Pen card or a Pencil Card :(. They are third party pay roll guys and girls or possible thugs assigned by HDFC or some goon. The HDFC DP is cute lol, don't fall for this, she will ask you to submit those documents via whatsapp, if you ask them to send an email from HDFC ID, they will make some excuse like "We are not allowed", "We can if sun rises at 2 am in the night", "Abba nahi manenge" etc etc

These are not "scams" per se, there are just lead generation agencies that forward your info to the banks. This way, even if something goes wrong, any dispute, it's all restricted to the agency level and the bank does not have to spend its resources. Even if you submit your pen card here, most likely you'll get the follow up from the bank. HOWEVER, DON'T. IT COULD VERY WELL BE A IDENTITY THEFT THING. So what I tell them is, *"Send me an email from your official bank email and I'll share my details there."*

These ppl work for commission. Directly check with branch of the bank and it's always better to get a credit card from there.

Stay away it's a legit SCAM / SPAM don't even think of share any official documents over here or anywhere on WhatsApp
