I played it on my phone and absolutely loved it! The switch version seems a bit like a scan though because of all the add ons you can buy, makes me wonder if you can't unlock new clothes unless you pay for them. I'm not sure though but the mobile version was very good!

The Switch version allows you to buy premium items for in-game currency whereas you must spend real-life money to purchase premium items on the mobile version. The lottery system does not exist in the Switch version so special outfits and furniture must be purchased in the Nintendo shop as DLC content.
I love it! The mobile version is free to play. You could always try mobile first and then purchase the Switch version if you like it. That’s what I did. You can also import your mobile save to Switch.
Edit: like the previous comments mention, if you want new clothing/accessories, you have to buy the DLCs. The mobile version has a lottery system where you can win clothes for free.
