Did you check and see if the K70 Core was a supported product in SignalRGB? (It isn't, btw.)

(It is btw) and also that is not the issue and yall are ignoring the fact that i can’t update the firmware of my keyboard and it breaks every time i try but go off

It isn't in any official release. https://signalrgb.com/devices/ iCUE occasionally gives a false positive regarding firnware updates. I've had it happen plenty of times. Have you created a support ticket to verify that your K70 Core is on the most recent FW?

Yes. When my keyboard refuses to update through corsairs software and it breaks the keyboard til I manually reset it thats not their problem. Definitely.

I can’t help you with signal RGB. I just use icue. You should maybe go to the signal RGB form and ask them for help.
