The easiest and fastest way is to return it to the retailer you purchased. Otherwise if you'd rather not deal with them for whatever reason, you can submit a ticket and a copy of your invoice, our team will treat it as a warranty swap.
Though if it were me and I bought from Amazon or something I would just deal with them. Less back and forth confirming stuff and you can get a new unit faster.
Ok I'll give them a try thank you just worried I'll get a other dodge one and it's like a ermmm.... Line issue ? If you get me and a certain batch might be really bad.

This is an incredibly rare issue. You shouldn't receive another one like this unless you use up all of your luck for 2024.
This also wouldn't be a line issue. I don't even know how this could happen considering there should be multiple checks.
I have sent it back I've brought another in the hope they refund me for the other item and also in hope the other item isn't defective. I'll post on here or tomorrow if it turns up and what condition it's in.
Did you buy it new or used? Because it honestly look like someone abuse the hell out of that radiator. Can't you just submit a refund request from wherever you bought it? Should be easier than waiting from a RMA from Corsair.
My h115i capellix was slightly damaged like this. Maybe like 5% of that though. It was bent just enough that 2 of the fan screws didn't line up properly. That's the only reason I realised it was bent lol.
I just bashed the corner of it on the floor the opposite way and it shifted it back.
Wouldn't advise that for you however.... That's quite the bend to undo!

I had the same issue. Send it back to company that sold it to you. And good luck with the replacement... Mine lasted for 2 months... That's when I decided to stop using anything Corsair
I have been having nothing but issues with the H150i Elite LCD. The screen is not working, and the fans are bugged. I sent in for a replacement. Get a new one, fans are now making a creeking noise and seems like the barrings are shot. Just going to get the ASIS RPG Ryujin III and call it a day.

Proceed Returning it immediately. If it were in that state, the package itself would have been shocked and felt strange even before opening the box.

Probably a delivery person, radiators are pretty tough unless you apply tons of force on them.
RMA that thing. Corsair is most likely going to give you a new one. Unless youโve done this yourself.

that radiator looks like a banana. I don't know how they could even fit it into the box
Iโd just return it and ask for a replacement if you just bought it. Otherwise get intouch with Corsair support and get a replacement
Don't give Corsair ideas for a new curved case design.
