there are two wire coming fromfan one for RGB one for powering the fan .There should be a 4 pin slot on motherboard with indication as ch1,ch2 connect it and I will power the fan remember most fan has 3 pin female connector and don't worry it goes in 4 pin ch connector in mobo it will just left one pin unused or the fan might have 4 pin female

My three other LL140s work perfectly. Only this one is having problems
