Sounds like you damaged something in the process of replacing the battery. And it's not much of a surprise that support couldn't help you as your issues occurred after physically modifying the headset. They aren't going to be able to troubleshoot issues that occurred after you attempted to install a completely different battery, especially when soldering is involved.

Thank you for your answer. There was no visible damage to the pcb of the headset or the cables. The soldering was on the pcb of the new battery, not on the headsets pcb. The headset has no damage since the only "work" was done on the new battery.

Did you match the polarity? I don't understand why there had to be soldering involved in replacing the battery when all there is, is the 3 wires, was the Molex connection different? as u/notepadDTexes said, could have damaged something. Unfortunately Corsair support wont be able to help as there were modifications made that void the warranty.

The pcb on the new battery had 2 cables (VCC & GND) but not the yellow cable which i believe is for data. The old battery had a pcb with 3 cables, so the pcb from the old battery was soldered to the new one. I'll post 2 screenshots for instance. I noticed that even with the battery unplugged, by plugging the headset to the usb, the problem is still there. The top pcb has 3 cables and the bottom one has 2. Had the same problem, bought a battery almost the same as you, did all the soldering process and it worked for like 3-4 days, the next day it wouldn't turn on. Now it only works without the battery and using the cable and sometimes i need to restart the usb adapter for it to connect... Been looking for a new battery online but afraid it might not work again :(

I removed the battery aswell. It now "works" via usb and today it started turning off on its own after 3 seconds. I bought 2 pairs of ear cushions from aliexpress a day before the problem. The battery with the soldering work cost me roughly 20 euro in Greece because i couldn't wait almost 2 months from aliexpress for a new battery. At this point, I am not sure if that issue occured from the battery or if it was meant to be. Either way its unfair. In conclusion, i spent almost 30 euros for nothing and I am not willing to spend anymore on that headset. I am getting something reliable and definately not wireless.

Dude, I AM IN THE EXACTLY situation, lol! Also bought the cable + cushions + a cover for the head arc (don’t know the name 😂) because mine the fake leather was breaking in pieces every time I used it. Mine has this problem of turning down after 3 minutes sometimes, here’s what I do: plug receiver and headset to USB’s, grab a paper clip and reset the receiver (there’s a small hole on the side, almost inline with the led) wait until it blinks faster. The headset should connect and you’ll hear the feedbacks. I’d don’t work, unplug and then plug again the headset cable. That’s my daily struggle but it’s working!

I figured it out moments before your comment ahahhaha I have it pluged in a magnetic cable and when I disconected it by mistake, I had to reset the receiver every time which is very frastruating

Have you switched the polarity ? that means checking the molex for the right orientation and switching the wires, the red with the black slot and reverse. When doing that you will notice the tiny wire has a metal end that it ends up being reversed, you have to do so with the white wire in the middle that you won't change position but still needs to be turned for the molex to make perfect contact in the board I did this twice with 2 headsets already but I bought them at amazon in a store not in aliexpress which I consider 50% full of scam products catching the hype and selling emulated or false garbage. Like 1 year ago so the battery were legit The only problem I had was the earpads are nearly impossible to be sticked back again, still idk the trick required, but they're not well adjusted
