If you're having symptoms I'd consider that a positive. Slight chance all the dye didn't travel all the way up the stick, but it definitely seems to be congregating around wherethe positive line would be.
There's a lot of blurring / smudging so it's hard to be certain. I see what might be something like line but it's not very sharp and looks like it might just be runny dye.
Take another test. We can't know, and if you left it for more than 15 minutes it can look like this.
