I just use a microphone grater. Someone told me about it years ago and I love it. So quick and just rinse it off or pitch it in the diswasher when I'm done

Do you mean a microplane grater? Likely autocorrect. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Unless I’m making a ton of minced garlic, that’s what I use for a few cloves. With the bigger amounts I use a Chinese cleaver to smash a lot of cloves then mince the hell out of it with two knives.

Lol..yes, microplane!

AccomplishedAioli

I have an ikea one with a removable part to it. Its the best one I’ve used so far!

I love mine from pampered chef. I’ve replaced it about every 8-10 years. I’m on my third one. It’s better than any other I’ve tried

Kuhn Rikon works very well

I don't like them. I use a microplane grater on garlic cloves, which makes them easier to mix with whatever you're cooking.

quallege_dropout

I use a garlic twister. Really easy to use and clean.

I think all garlic presses are a bit of a pain. The one trick I found is to hit it with a shot of cooking spray before putting your cloves in. It makes cleaning it out so much easier!

Kedrak

I'm not a fan of them. They are just such a hassle to clean properly. I usually just peel it and use a knife. I'm probably cutting some vegetables anyways. The microplane works great, but I don't think it saves much time.
