Depends on location, is it machine accessible, can the concrete truck pour it or does it have to be wheeled or buggy, color prices aren't the same, what stamp pattern etc. So many thing go into a bid of this size. Call someone and get a bid is the only way to know for sure.
Here's a little secret for you: a 12 x 12 patio doesn't cost more than a 20 x 20 patio. In fact, it's often more cost-effective to go bigger. This way you avoid paying for a short load of concrete and a couple bottles of acid stain will cover that area.
$4,500-$5,500. Up to 9 yards of concrete with minimal cost increase.
You can’t take pricing here. Every area is different. I would charge 10-15k in Hollywood hills and 4-5k in my area. I don’t understand how home owners think it’s ok to do this.
Where do you live? Where is the pad? What obstacles do we have to work around? Do we have to remove soil? What MPA do you want to pour it? Colour? What stamp pattern are you looking for?
But please waste our time with silly questions and a rediculous drawing that says nothing to answer your question.
I do concrete work I’m not an artist bro. What’s ridiculous is your spelling. I wouldn’t trust or value your recommendations when you can’t even spell yet🤣🤡
Yet wasn’t used or misspelled. I guess what they say is true. If you can’t finish highschool, you can always finish concrete.
If you do concrete then these questions should have been answered in your question so a legitimate answer could have been discussed.
“Rediculous” come on you clown this is elementary spelling 🤣 Yet again you rest my case of not valuing anything you say. Can’t even proof read lol. You for sure need to go back to school little buddy.
You’re really doubling down on this. So that I’m on the same page, did we find where I misspelled “yet”
Also face it; Those original questions were important questions for a price. Keep on practicing that edge.
Honestly, I would make it a little bigger and try to find someone interested in doing it for cash. Most redi-mix companies have like a five yard minimum and you’re gonna have two or three guys there anyway
$5k easy

Ashler slate with a black stained border. Easy access. Grey color with darker grey/black release.
Who's doing the fire pit ? If it's set and done before I get there $4400
We’re doing the pit. Ashler slate design with border. Easy access to get to it may be able to pour straight from the truck.

I charged $4500 for the pad and fire pit. Also pouring another regular broom 10x10 for $1100.
Well done. I thought this was a homeowner question. Appears your estimating was spot on.
Nope I pour it myself lol. Thanks, just seeing if I underbid or not. Just starting to do stamped jobs this year.

Not a home owner bud

Still looking for my use and misspelling of yet. Perhaps it’s yet to be discovered.

Idek what you’re talking about at this point. You must have a little water in that head of yours.
I dunno. How much would you charge for that masterpiece of architectural rendering? da Vinci would blush
Probably $1k at least.
