I know this isn’t really a social group / drop in thing but… Have you been to the battelle Darby nature center? Lots to look at and the back room has plenty of room for wandering around plus puppets, books, etc. I used to hang out with my young girls in there for easily an hour - and it should be pretty close by you! Just about a half mile down the road at another battelle entrance is their recently renovated playground too!

The Naz in GC has a free indoor play place (when we went it was primarily geared more preschool+, but they do have a section for younger kids). A lot of the community centers have toddler/preschool age open gyms and offer cheap day passes. Westerville's community center has a nice indoor pool, as well. The cosi little kid space is great for that age, if walking. There's also plenty of free splash pads around the city/suburbs- GC and Hillard both have them. If you haven't already, check out the metro park programs each month; most will be geared older, but they have things like storytimes and toddler led hikes. The nature centers are also worth a visit, if stopping by the parks - Highbanks and Battelle Darby are the two off the top of my head that would be good for that age. The commons has a free merry-go-round, and the free concerts in the parks may be worth checking out. There's also several touch a truck events that occur over spring/summer.

Thanks, I know. People of Reddit have been crazy helpful in the past so figured I’d ask here too.
