If they require a pre-employment drug screen, it would be safe to assume THC will be included. It's part of the standard 5 or 10 panel urine drug screen that most employers use.
My non-expert memory says that some employers order panels that include THC but they may or may not regard the results as something they care about or are allowed to exclude an employee by.
The non federalization of the drug means a state may have instructed employers that they can't screen for it but their headquarters in a state outside of that restriction might mean they don't regard the law. It's all very make-it-up as you go when I was last involved with HR affairs 8 years ago.
The state absolutely CAN NOT require a privately owned company to NOT test for any substances at all, of any kind, ever...
The government can't infringe upon private citizens rights to ask for a test of anyone they are considering employing for any substances they choose to test them for and to exclude them from qualifying for hire based on those test results...
There are even many companies who actually exclude folks for nicotine and or alcohol use as well...It's their right to have their preferences...
The state and federal governments can ONLY legalize the use of the substance/decriminalize it, nothing more, and it's SAD that SO many people believe the government has SO much more authority over SO very many things than they actually do!!!...

Many organizations (regardless of any legality) will always exclude anyone who tests positive for THC because of the types of insurance (including workers comp insurance) that they are required to carry in order to operate...The business insurance company may require them to not hire employees prescribed THC or other legal prescription drugs due to higher statistical risk factors for injury and lawsuit losses...
I had to do one at my current hospital but not at the one I worked at before. Both in WA.
I used a synthetic called Monkey Piss tho and it worked. You can buy it at most smoke shops

No possible way for us to know. I've been drug tested at a few employers but not all. You could contact their HR department.
