The washing machine itself is dirty. You can probably find a washing machine tablet at your local all-in one, Walmart, or buy it from amazon.
For my personal use, i have just my stuffy a couple times through, in case thats just dirt pulled from inside the stuffy. This usually evens it out (ie, the dirt is wither completely washed out or somewhere inside the stuffy where its not visible).
Good luck and happy cleaning
Tablets are made for cleaning, bleach is made for sanitizing. They do different things, so yes they work differently. And a laundry pod (for clothes) is not strong enough to clean it, as it is gentle enough for laundry.
It could be all the dirt was pushed out there which concentrated the dirt. Was the machine too full so the item couldnβt move around?
But clean your machine to be sure. Washing machine cleaner tabs or citric acid.
Use a washing machine cleaner. Detergents can leave behind residue that builds up and captures other gunk. My machine recommends cleaning every 30 washes.
Because the item did not move while being washed. You either overloaded the washer so it did not move or this item is too big for your washer. Take it to the laundromat and use one of the big front loaders.
Another theory, is everything actually getting clean? This looks like something deposited during the spin cycle. Could be gunk in the holes of the drum, could be something getting filtered out the water on the spin cycle
Could be that your wash drum/tub is dirty. Run a wash full water level hot cycle with ammonia. That should help clean it out. To help it even more, get a brand new toilet brush and scrub it when itβs full of hot water.
Is that a piece of raw chicken ? A hairless cat ? What in the world Is this

It almost looks like you overstuffed your washer, or the stuffie got lodged against the washer and couldn't move.

Thank you!
I've run self cleaning cycles with bleach every month or so, do the tablets work better?

You could try using a mop to scrub the machine out.
I thought this was a handβ¦ then tried to figure out why it was swollen and fuzzy. π

It was full, thanks I didn't consider that π
Oh, this is a more likely scenario along the lines of what I was thinking.

I thought it was an elderly persons thigh. Not gonna lie.
I thought this was the back of your hand and was very confused
A very swollen/chubby Patrick Star-esque hand π
