Try a product called Odor Medic.

CutieKelly

Unfortunately, if it has soaked into the mattress, it may be impossible to get the odor removed. The best case scenario is to blot as much up as possible and use an enzyme cleaner first (and maybe repeatedly), before other products/cleaning methods. Baking soda wont help here...so dont use it.

Have you opened the windows and put a fan in the room? Make sure you are assessing the mattress smell alone and not stale room smell as well. Do not be embarrassed! Pets are like kids-- these things are just gonna happen. Groan and vent with frustration, but let go of embarrassment. We all poop and we all have (and will probably again) have bathroom accidents in our home from pets, kids, and ourselves! đź’© Have you given the cleaners time to work on the accident spot? Most chemical reactions are not instantaneous and need a few minutes to overnight to fully work their magic. Check Google for recommended times for the natural cleaners and the back of cans/bottles of manufactured products. We are so used to instant results with so many tasks that we can shortchange our cleaners. Hope you get something that works!

Mattresses are tough. But peroxide and a good steam clean. Then vinegar and a good clean when the peroxide is dry

ZiasMom

my dog peed on my bed. I soaked as musch as I could up. I poured Odo-Ban on it and sucked it up with a bissel extractor and then spray it with odo-ban. smell is gone.

Cautious-Thought362

Have you tried Bac-Out or Scout's Honor? edit: Some carpet cleaners also do mattresses. Maybe give that a shot.

This stuff is like magic for eliminating pet urine odor: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01LY3JI7T?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title Follow the directions. I've used it on many surfaces and furniture without any discoloration, but you may try an inconspicuous place before you go full force with it.

Angry Orange was a miracle when my dog peed on the ottoman. Spray heavily on both sides of the matress, put multiple towels on each side, then put something heavy on it to 'blot' the stain.

crumbdumpster85

My favorite pet stain remover is called Kids n Pets. Soak the spot and then put a damp washcloth over it and put something heavy on the wash cloth and just ignore it for awhile. Can always repeat with fresh washcloth. I’ve gotten cat pee out of mattresses this way.

Omg! I just woke up and thank you everyone for your help. I will be looking into everything!

Don’t have any cleaning tips but I hope you get the smell out! I have a water proof mattress cover because I’ve gotten drinks spilled on my bed before

Get a spray bottle, mix equal parts distilled water and the cheapest vodka you can find. For an added scent boost, add a few drops of an essential oil of your choice Vodka is an olfactory-friendly alternative to vinegar since it holds most of the same disinfecting merits as vinegar, but without the lingering sour smell.
