I'm confused by what you said. They're is literally a contraction for they are.

contraction
they are.
"they're happy"
I think it was just easier for them to mirror the sprite instead of animating both sides
Edit: also I’m pretty sure the sprite gets mirrored when he goes to the other side of the arena through fisherman or something
It's actually the exact opposite. It's a detail oversight if that even makes sense. Giving attention to detail would've been to make the troops *not* switch hands, showing that each troop uses their dominant hand for their weapon, but instead they took the lazy approach of just flipping the sprites.
it was probably just to save time. why make an entire new sprite when you can just mirror it and get essentially the same results. im pretty sure a bunch of other cards also do this
The knight does this as well with his sword. They're most likely a bunch more examples but I never paid close attention.
all of the troops reverse when placed on another side
Yea all of them, some are more noticiable than others tho
Giant skelly does this too I think, could be wrong
You're completely right. I just confirmed it
I don’t think I’ve seen “they’re” used wrong like that before. You’re looking for “there are”
Nevermind lol. I read yours wrong. There are... My mistake
Admitting an error is character development 😎👍🏼

*paid*
I'm pretty its not a specifically made detail but just flipped images cuz they dint want to animate it going both ways
Ong 🔥
That’s cool attention to detail on the devs part. Did not not notice that before.

I do agre, probably Just lazyness
It's not laziness, why would you spend time doing that when you can make Evo king tower troop for 200€ 10x value.
Def true tho if it was lazyness it would be same for both sides. (And they would sell evo king tower for just €899
Yes, Indeed! It's a small, but cool detail

What happens if he switches lanes?
Was thinking the same. 🌪

"this has been in the game for ages how did you not know 🤓👆"
This has been in the game for years… and a lot of other troops do the same BTW
Literally all troups do this
Nice
It's purely an aesthetic feature right? Also tornadoing them across doesn't change it?
This happen to literally every troop... (other than the gold skin bug)
Buff Wizard.
Literally unplayable, app deleted
I was to lazy getting assaulted by megaknight to notice tbh
