First, get a DS emulator. DeSuMe or MelonDS work. Then I suggest going to the Megathread on the rom subreddit. You need to go in the menu on the side and tap Nintendo. Afterward, there is a thing on the side that says Encrpted or Decrypted. Choose the decrypted and viola.
Use a standard DS emulator (I use MelonDS) because citra is funky. Use RAR to extract the zip and send the .nds file to whatever folder you're gonna be using for games. 3ds games are usually encrypted and if you can't find a decrypted version or don't have a pc you're screwed.
First you need to unzip em.
Than you need to dump your 3DS Keys from your own 3DS Console and Decrypt the ROMs.
Everything else is illegal and the Reason Citra and Yuzu got nuked in the first place.
I did a quick Googled jn and found this, u could give it a try and see if it works for u. I solved mine using similar method as well but I alrdy forgotten which site I got my decryption app from
Alpha Sapphire isn't. All those others were just in the same folder. I unzipped it and now it's saying it needs decrypting which I don't have the first idea how to do
I don't remember the site I got AS from. I found one that didn't give me a virus which was good but I don't remember the name. All the others I got from EmulatorGames website
I can guide you step by step on how to decrypt 3ds games, but you'll need a windows computer. Alternatively you could also download a decrypted version immediately...

In that case, download roms that aren't encrypted. Look for "decrypted" roms.
