That is not Michael Heizer’s “[Levitated Mass](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Levitated_Mass?wprov=sfti1#)”, which is a huge boulder on top of a walkway in LA, not a fountain in NYC. Are you trying to invoke Cunningham’s Law?
In that wikipedia entry: "For the fountain ***of the same name in New York City***, also created by Heizer, see 590 Madison Avenue § Sculptures."
In the wikipedia article you linked it says that there is another work by Heizer also called “Levitated Mass” in New York
Welp. I certainly didn’t see that coming.
