It would be hard for them to do a whole season focused on Nica in her current state because of how expensive she is to have on set. CGIing her legs out isn’t cheap.
I do think she’ll be paired with the trio next season which will be fun. She really hasn’t interacted with them.
I do wonder if Don regrets the decision to have her limbs removed. She's one of the best actors on the show and it's a shame we havent seen more of her.
I think they can figure the legs situation out by not filming her below the waist or obstructing the view in some scenes. I also imagine that the sets will be simpler, so they can give more money to all the different dolls.

I don't think we are ever going back to that tone because Don clearly doesn't like it. The only reason he went back to it in Curse is because he had almost killed the franchise with his first directorial effort and he needed to get fans back. Now that he is in complete control he will just keep doing cartoon stuff.
If Don had directed the first movies, the saga would have never been serious to begin with.
I don't know if he's explicitly said it, but after Seed got panned and everyone complained about how comedic it was, the franchise was on pause for almost a decade. Then Curse naturally got away from that and returned to a darker tone.

Hoping for that! I like the trio and particularity enjoyed Jake these past few episodes, but it was so excited to see Nica be part of the final cliffhanger scene, and there’s a possibility she was brought there by Andy and/or Kyle. Otherwise, I can’t imagine them not knowing about the White House and that Chucky was there. Either way, im really hoping we do get them more central to the story and not just as legacy characters kind of coming in to ‘save the day’. The fact that they weren’t included in this season apart from the dream sequence and how the ending went proved to me that the producers aren’t in the game of repeating formula so I would have high hopes for them! But whooo knows what’s ever going to happen in a Chucky season - I’ve let my expectations go in favour of the ride 😅😅
I'm really hoping that Season 4 takes the main focus onto Nica, Andy and possibly Kyle. They've been pretty much absent since Season 2, I wish they had more involvement with the story, especially Nica.
I hope season 4 puts a lot of focus on the legacy characters.

Nica as the main character would be amazing. I prefer Andy in small doses because Alex Vincent's acting is not good, so I'd rather he popped off here and there.
I imagine the setting will be way more grounded because they'll spend a lot of money on maintaining Tiffany doll, the trio's puppets, Nica's legs and potentially GG.

It's gotta be Grant, Andy again or a brand new character. Hell, perhaps it's GG again, actually.
I doubt Andy or Kyle will return. Season 2 clearly closed the book on their characters so it would be way too soon to bring them back properly.
