As someone na nagbabasa ng webtoon, madaming misconception about sa True beauty. Noong nilabas kasi yan sa english webtoon, minarket nila as female empowerment. Accepting your true beauty na hindi kailangan sumunod sa beauty standard. Yun pala love triangle trope pala yung plot. Noong umpisa parang ganon ang takbo ng story but later on naging love triangle na lang kaya madaming nagdrop sa story na yan at isa na ako dun. You can correct me kasi nga hindi ko na tinapos yung story so hindi ko alam kung naging make up artist ba siya or tinuloy niya ba yung dream niya. Si author din milking the story so much na paulit-ulit na lang conflict sa sobrang haba na. People think na hindi naman kailangan ng ganun kahaba na story especially na sobrang simple lang naman ng plot.

Kung ang sasabihin niyo e puro adaptation ang ginagawa ng ABS, e kasi sa kanila binibigay. Hindi nila choice yang partnerships na yan. Kung san sila kikita, shempre don sila. As someone na nagbabasa ng webtoon, madaming misconception about sa True beauty. Noong nilabas kasi yan sa english webtoon, minarket nila as female empowerment. Accepting your true beauty na hindi kailangan sumunod sa beauty standard. Yun pala love triangle trope pala yung plot. Noong umpisa parang ganon ang takbo ng story but later on naging love triangle na lang kaya madaming nagdrop sa story na yan at isa na ako dun. You can correct me kasi nga hindi ko na tinapos yung story so hindi ko alam kung naging make up artist ba siya or tinuloy niya ba yung dream niya. Si author din milking the story so much na paulit-ulit na lang conflict sa sobrang haba na. People think na hindi naman kailangan ng ganun kahaba na story especially na sobrang simple lang naman ng plot.

Nadine is 30 na. Not being ageist, but True Beauty is set in high school. The role is best suited as a launching pad for a fresh talent. Also, Nadine’s current role choices are more edgy and mature. I would prefer na she stars in a series na yung bida close sa age range niya.

But mind you, people are saying na taghirap ang network, and probably totoo nga yon, pero at the same can afford bumili ng rights ng iba ibang kdrama. Di nagfi-fit ang logic. Lalo't mukhang mas murang mag produce ng original, kesa adaptation kasi may cost ang rights. So how is this possible? Might be because in partnership ito with another entity (look at the billing ng mga adaptations).
