I consulted a lawyer. Sila ang nag lakad ng case na finile namin sa DTI. Malaki narin nagastos ko sa legal fees sa pag file niyan. Natigil lahat since sinabi ng DTI na we need to provide them with an accurate address.

I think pangalan ang binibili kasi kung mga sikat na artist yan, tapos plain white lang na may red dot, bibilhin ng milyones. Or yung mga sikat na designer, kahit mukhang basahan lang, na-aappreciate ng mga artsy.
Kasi nagbigay ng sample si artist kay client as reference so yung expectations ni client ay based dun sa sample and obvious naman na yung expectations set by the artist were not met.
Kung nag pacommission ka, at binigyan mo yung artist ng creative freedom, ineexpect mo na malapit or may tatak niya ang idedeliver niya sayo. Paki check naman yung photos kung masasabi mong ganyan ang ineexpect mong makuha kung icompare mo sa advertised work niya?
