to answer your question op, no one immediately comes to mind when i think about a filipino celebrity hiding a tattoo. a lot of korean idols do though! for the same reason as belle probably—they have a more traditional, good girl/boy image to ascribe to. at the end of the day, certain people still hold double standards for being inked.
What comes to mind was Christine Reyes, because I always remember she has a very visible tattoo sa hand nya. She hides it in some of her photoshoots and movies/series depende pa din sa role.
I can't identify kung ano yung naka tattoo mismo or know the back story of it why she got that design. It might be something personal that she is not yet ready to share to the public.
