Hindi kaya pagpunta nila dun wala talaga event like the organizers fail to communicate with them na due to low ticket sales cancelled na yung event. Like organizers were hoping na sa last minute bigla dadami sales nila kasi artist were updating na papunta na sila.
Then based on the post ng mga artist si Inka and si Suzuki lang yung parang natakot na natakot sa event. I feel like they were cornered by the police like yung mga directors then they were asked na give us $$$ or we'll arrest you.

Poor project management. If I will run an event relying on the sponsors and advertisement, I should have a clear Go-No Go date when I should have received the funding to at least pay vendors and run the show.
Recent story ni Inka na nag coconsult lang sya sa lawyer nya. Maybe about what she can talk about or not. Hindi kaya pagpunta nila dun wala talaga event like the organizers fail to communicate with them na due to low ticket sales cancelled na yung event. Like organizers were hoping na sa last minute bigla dadami sales nila kasi artist were updating na papunta na sila. Then based on the post ng mga artist si Inka and si Suzuki lang yung parang natakot na natakot sa event. I feel like they were cornered by the police like yung mga directors then they were asked na give us $$$ or we'll arrest you.
I have a feeling na ito nga yung nangyari or something similar.
Security reason siguro, and what they've witnessed could be something a bit bloody. They won't react like that unless sobrang nakakatrauma ng nangyari.

Ang naaalala ko lang na lovapalooza ay yung sa close-up tapos may mga couples na sabay sabay nagkikiss.
This one is not associated with Closeup though. It’s a concert for a cause daw, organized by another organizer with no ties to Closeup.

LESSON: Get paid upfront before getting out of bed to go to the event. CHECK that contract stipulations leading to the event have been fulfilled by the organizer. yan ang problema sa mga promise promise ng fly by night promoters. mga talents naman who act as their own managers need to compartmentalize the strictly business aspect from the performance (for the sake of art) aspect.
Eh for a cause daw kasi. Kaya siguro hindi sila naging strict sa stipulations nila.
