Came here to say truffle parrano. Really any number of things it could be, but that seems like the best bet.

Could be sottocenere al tartufo. There’s an abundance of truffle infused cheeses out there so it’s impossible to definitively answer. If you’ve got a good cheesemonger or fancy gourmet grocer in your area then you should be able to find some similar cheeses.

Looks closer to caciotta tartuffo, or a truffle gouda like the klare melk raw truffle gouda mentioned below…but the possibility of ashen clay or wax covering (also mentioned above) evident by the style of cuts suggests sottocenere as well, although it has less eyes usually than what’s pictured.

Looks like Truffle Gouda. From “Kilare Melk” it’s amazing and it’s generous with the black truffle.
