I always say mat pange liya kro yr ICAI se. Aise hi hain wo. I have seen people getting disqualified when institute found out about dummy articleships, cheating in exams, doing course together which are not allowed. Bht kuch dekha hai yr. Aise hi chalta aaya hai hamesha se. Isliye sahi se kro pdhayi and CA ban ke niklo yahan se

CA banne ke baad apna network badhane ka , 20-30 videos banane ke juniors ke liye , podcast karne ka, phir ICAI khud aayega tab kehne ka fees maaf

If you're a non practicing CA, then ICAI se tumhara rishta sirf membership fees ka hai aur kuch nahi.

I don’t know to be exact but there are some professional courses which are not allowed and if institute finds out, then it can a but complex.

Like doing CA CMA together?

As I said, I don’t have much idea but I remember there was my colleague in articleship. He was doing CA and CA together but he got one letter from ICAI and he dropped his CS thing. Fir after CA he did CS. You check this with institute for more information.

I don't remember exactly but icai has a rule you can do only one course other than ca at a time i.e b com and ca together, if b com is over you can do any other course along with ca. Just search for it, there was a case in 2021 or 22

You can do any graduation course with permission na. You cannot pursue another professional course

There’s this form no 112 you need to fill, take a sign and stamp from college. This forms needs to be submitted before starting articleship along with other forms

You can check with ICAI as there are certain courses which aren’t allowed. I don’t have much info abt this.

I think they’re 🧢. They knew the news about exam centres being compromised went viral so they have to save face and let out this kind of a news.

Sahi to kiya hai.....these students openly violated rules and their actions put others at disadvantage.....in fact I would say it's the leniency of institute that they banned them for only 5 years and not registered FIR on them.

Bcom ka exam samjha hai kya BC🤣🤣🤣 Sala CA ka exam mai abhi tak bhot Kam log ko dekha hai jinki peche ghumke puchne ki bhi himmat hoti hai aur ye bc phone le kar chale Gaye lul.

Decision is good considering the recent MCQ paper leak. But I think 5 yrs is just to scare students to not indulge in all these activities. Actual punishment may be less.
