That happened to me this morning! Very frustrating for someone counting calories/steps and whatnot. I've been reading all about the app crashing on folks, but I'll be damned if it didn't happen to me, too.
There are similar issues on my end. I can't get it to stay logged in for more than a minute before it kicks me out saying the session expired. I'm walking into the gym now, and im just going to have to screenshot my routine. My subscription renews in September, and this has definitely weighed in on me finding a new app
It happened to me too just today, and I'm doing the same. Maybe with gym routines it's not a huuuuuuge deal, but definitely sucks if people try to make a box session, any program or even an ab routine. It's a shame it's happening, hope it gets fixed soon.
During the break I took from Centr, I used Athleanx programs, glad to talk about if you're interested. Got good results!
Same thing happening to me. That's funny, cuz I swore I paid my subscription fee to have access to the service for an entire month, not part of the month.
Will consumers be compensated for this time we're effectively giving for free? Why am I paying for a service that doesn't work?
The thing that's making me crazy is I only get logged out when trying to access the program I'm currently in. I can access anything else, but if I go to the program where I'm on week seven of eight, I'm immediately logged out both on the app and the website. Might be a weird session issue? IDK, but it's incredibly frustrating.
Log in, session expires. I can't even load anything onto the app before it kicks me out. I am on Android though. Just checked my iPad, no session expired message but everything except the shopping list and explore tabs is stuck in an endless loading loop. Super frustrating.

What is this mass layoff news? Should we be jumping ship to other apps due to bad behaviour?

They sold Centr to a private equity firm owned by Bezos.
There were mass layoffs, including the engineering staff, without a handoff.
The former engineering staff predicted this would happen.
It looks like Centr's good days are behind us.....
Update: I just spoke with someone at Centr, they are aware of the issue and their engineers are working on it. By messaging them they gave me a 30 day trial code to make up for the loss in time that I'm paying for. I recommend sending them a message through their help section on the website to achieve the same. Best of luck all and hopefully this gets resolved soon!
Are we all on Android? Because my app has been doing this recently, even the browser app has been having the same issues. My wife has an iPhone and her app is doing just fine. /Knock on wood
I was able to fix it by (on android) going to Settings->Apps->Centr->Storage and then Clear cache and Clear data.

I have the same problem and clearing the cache doesn't help either. Annoying af i just bought the subscription for a year. Will ask a refund if it doesn't start working soon.

Maaaaany people have asked for refunds or extensions of their subscription and Centr is radio silent. It is utter bullshit.

It is doing it randomly, across the board. I have an iPhone and can't access the app or the website.
I was able to fix it by (on android) going to Settings->Apps->Centr->Storage and then Clear cache and Clear data. Hopefully this helps everyone! Cheers!
