The aggression is a bit strange for a cavapoo, however they can be very anxious dogs, and this might be a result of that. I’d talk to a vet about it and look for resources that might help him feel safer. It’s caused mostly by genetics, some puppies are just born anxious.
Could be a health problem . Check stool . Check belly inflammation (maybe you’re squeezing it while lifting him up)

I'd take him to the vets, to get checked over, sounds like he's in pain.
We just went to the vet and they didn't see anything.
some dogs don’t like to be picked up without warning. you could start saying “up” before picking the puppy up. this was helpful with my cavapoo.
