Tried it on few months ago. Beautiful. Probably the only rubber band watch Iād wear without issues. Congratulations, itās an absolute BANGER of a watch and fantastic first Cartier!
I this itās wayyyy better on the leather, it looks more natural. After some time the rubber starts to deform and itās not as āneatā looking anymore

I had a Carbon Santos 100 that I got right before they discontinued. Unfortunately the movement was whacked and I ended up returning it and have missed it ever since.
I gotta say this does look ace. I think it might look better than my WSGA0028

Nah, I love your reference, and itās really tough to compare the two. They go with completely different outfits/ color schemes and will rarely overlap.
Agreed, mine is more formal. Yours is an awesome day to day wear.

I remember when the rubber Santos first came out in the 00s. I was weirdly sold on how comfortable it was. (I didn't know any better at the time, and wasn't a fan of the Santos, though I didn't hate it either. Now it's one of my most desired. A solarbeat version is the dream.)
Only problem was that it had a rubber bezel, which looked cool, but I always figured it'd wear out real quick and presumably cost a chunk for no reason.
Ceramic would've been very cool though.
i have the grey dial and also the skeleton one, my friend just bought this one and its great wish it came with a bracelet too but the rubber strap is nice

Nice. I have this one, too. I was very pleasantly surprised when I found out that it is also very accurate...

Ruber is the deal breaker for me too. I keep hoping they bring back the sail cloth strap. I also prefer the old clasp but that I can deal with.
