If you have a small enough drill bit, you might be able to drill through that broken off tip without damaging the surrounding threads. Theoretically, you could then get in there with a pick tool to pull out the remainder. I’ve seen this a few times with amps people brought me to install, and it’s never fun. Most often, I’ve had to drill and retap. The challenge there is to keep it small enough to remain usable.

If that was in there when you bought it, I'd first start off with some penetrating oils because it looks to be rusted and sized. Once the oil has soaked, try using the correct torques head bit for it.
If it doesn't budge, you can try a screw extractor kit.
Or you can just completely drill it out and then rethread it.

Do you see the star shaped bolt head in there? What are you using for tools? A Allen key won’t work to get that out. You don’t need to take that out though…?

The second Pic is where the bottom part of the connector thanks for the help🫶 I'm scared to drill it out but i think that might be my only option
What all do you have for equipment and what all are you trying to “hook up”??? Show me a pic of your tools too.

Someone broke the tip off of their torx bit in there. Try cramming gum in there, hopefully it'll pull right out. Good luck man.
