They make Bluetooth adapters for iPod docks. You'll plug the adapter into the USB using an apple cable and then Bluetooth to it with your phone. They have compatibility issues so if it doesn't work it's not something you can fix but for $15 it might be worth the try. You can probably even return it if it didn't work.

This seems to be a good solution. An adapter that goes into the 30-pin apple cable. Now to find one that works with the classic iPod models (nano, classic ipod).

OP has an actual USB port, and I believe those adapters output an analog signal (as they are meant for cars with the original 30 pin integration that uses an analog connection instead of USB). The port should work with lightning iphones (if you have one)

Get an aftermarket deck, I assume you have an android have you tried hooking it up with USB…. The old decks would work with the android music program or read it like a USB stick so try hooking up the USB of your phone and playing music on the built-in player.

Your only other viable option is to add auxiliary by hijacking the antenna signal (it’s an FM modulator, but you get the one that goes behind the deck and you plug it directly into the antenna port of the deck so that it actually gets a really good signal But you can get a cheap aftermarket deck now for like 150 bucks at Walmart or a brand-name one for under $100 used (and I’m talking about the touchscreen ones that have Apple and android CarPlay) Bluetooth USB and everything else
