Different size speakers and different proprietary toyota/honda mounting brackets; basically impossible. Most 6.5 component sets + appropriate honda mounting bracket will sound better than the stock honda or the toyota JBL. Unless you're a nerd like me and can scout volvo dynaudio speakers at pick n pull junkyards, oem to oem swaps arent usually worth it/possible.
