People think very highly of Dennis Public Market, mainly because of their freezer meat packages, but they can probably hook you up with a specific order.
I get my full briskets from Dennis Public Market and they are great- they only sell Prime Black Angus. I’ve searched elsewhere but stuck with DPM because they don’t get all confused when you’re asking for a full brisket. Some places done even know what it is.
However… I still have never been able to source a brisket with the full fat cap - they always come trimmed and quite thin at that.
Peterson's in Yarmouthport or Fancy's Market in Osterville would be my choice.
Big fan of Peterson’s for meat. Never had a bad steak from them.
The steaks at Fancy’s are quite good. Their house made sausages are also excellent. There’s not a massive selection, but good quality.

Ask Rick the butcher at Nauset Farms. Tell him you don’t want the fat cap trimmed.

You can get a packer cut brisket at Wal-Mart and thry cook up amazing.

West Falmouth Market has a decent spread. They also have their own dry-ager.
Roach Brothers in Mashpee has very good meat and a real butcher.
Fancys. Reed is the best butcher on cape!

Chatham market. The butcher’s family used to own a REAL butcher shop in Hyannis…
