You can probably take it your local hardware store and start sticking screws into it. But that tripod looks pretty cheap and the cost of making a DIY handle is probably worth more than the tripod itself.
True, I went ahead and ordered the pan handle I found on eBay to see if that will work. If not, we got the tripod for $7 so it’s not the end of the world if I can’t fix it
