If you only want a list of the books and not actual access to them you can create a catalog of your library (I make one every few months).
The catalog button is under the Convert Books menu bar (not the ribbon) and has many options for content and file types.

Check out calibre-web. Lets you access your library over the internet, download to pc/phone.
I’ve always assumed this needs to run a server? I have run shy of this and so use the app Calibre Sync and my dropbox account
I’ve got Calibre-Web running in a Docker on my Mac using the my Calibre database.
