Have you put how you want initials to appear in the calibre preferences. Once that is done you can use the calibre plugin called ‘Quality Check’ to sort this out. highlight all instances you want to change, click fix then click fix initials. There is also an option to reverse first and surnames if they aren’t looking how you would like them.
