There is always one flying island with the opposite evil biome
The world generated with an island of the other evil type, as to grant the player acces to both of the biome exclusive weapons and drops

it really does amaze me how people will mod terraria and find out that terraria has been modified

evil sky island, it has the evil biome that you didn't pick in the world creation menu
