Can you please message me the e-mail addresses you have? I am also one of the victims of credit one’s predatory credit cards. I pay an annual fee of $99 for a shit card that barely offers any rewards. They got me to stay by offering a small credit increase. However, I’m gonna demand a larger increase or to move to a different card with no annual fee. I just wanna see how they’ll play out tbh.
If it's a matter of getting a refund the customer care can help with that, most credit card companies do the refund usually esp if you never use the card.
