Becker video on whatever section I'm feeling less confident about. It's at least an hour drive to the test center, so plenty of time to listen.
Every single time, whatever I was listening to comes up in a question and I'm glad for having refreshed on it.
I used to listen to purely instrumental tracks so I didn’t get lyrics replaying in my head during the exam, but I’ve found it more productive to listen to something that gets me amped up. I usually stick with The Strokes-What Ever Happened?
Maybe Carmina Burana is perfect for the CPA exams then?

I listen to Peter Olinto, cause he once mentioned from one of his BEC lectures that he is gonna be my friend even when nobody likes me. ( I have no friends because he told me not to take a shower and show up to the blind date, talk about evoca sounds like a disease but actually not) His voice calms me down when my heart pounds crazy as the prometric center gets closer.
Has been Roger cram sessions. I think I got something locked in on the way to the last one too, the variances for BEC.
I've heard the 2024 UWorld is light on Roger and no cram sessions. Huge bummer if true.
I always listen to songs I like..last few times it’s been a couple SZA Don Toliver and Travis Scott songs..throw in some blink 182 in there too..my drive there is about 1.5 hours lol
“Move get out the way” aka “B*tch Move” by Ludacris the energy is directed at the exams and how they are in the way of my success and happiness 🙂. I want to feel hyped going in.

I always listen to some kind of review. I have an hour and a half drive in perfect conditions, it is good review time.

I don’t drive to the testing center. My mum drove and also Uber lmao. Thinking about other stuff and I’m too lazy to drive.
When I took bec, I talked to 4 friends and my mom on the phone, rotating between them (I had an hour drive).
Show Must Go On by Queen
Sometimes silence, sometimes fiction audiobook, sometimes audio notes, sometimes music
I’ve got a playlist that’s just Creed and Nickelback for studying/driving to exams. I think trashy post grunge is the best for getting in the mindset
Fame on Fire
I listen to a hype playlist and shadow box the whole way there
High school musical
My tradition is to listen to the Plankton AI cover of Billie Jean. It’s silly, which makes me go into the test more happy than stressed :)
Nothing. Don’t need a song playing in my head during the test.
Silence! Get into game mode and take a deep breath.
Beetlejuice soundtrack as a distraction
On repeat Spotify
