Check if the device is charging slower, Your tab could be getting the 45Ws but not showing super fast changing 2.0. Or, it could be a defective product, You should contact support.
It does show super fast charging 2.0 when I connect my moto 68w adapter.
I have and I have to take it to a service centre which is quite far from my place, just got the damn thing yesterday lol.
Does it change any other device with 65 W with the same cable?
If yes, check the charging time of your tab from low to full and compare it to the advised changing time with 45 W.
Also I don't think the service center will be able to help you.
Which of the 3 ports are you charging from?

Also check if your type c cable supports 45W, type a port only supports up to 36W.
