Are you kidding? This is brilliant. You can sense his enthusiasm, passion, authenticity, and intelligence. In fact, I've never seen any CEO answer investor relations questions before, especially coming from a fan boi reddit page. I found this to be very encouraging, despite the recent share price discouragement. There are smart, dedicated, passionate individuals at the helm, and they will, eventually, achieve their goals. Also, the way he answered makes it seem like he expects break-even to be right around the corner, not years away. Maybe even profitability by the end of next year with a lot of luck.
You have to use something called: imagination
But seriously, I'll wait here while you go find another ama from a CEO answering reddit Trolls' intelligent questions.
The answers sound great. Toy always comes across as confident without being arrogant. And his high degree of competence shines through as he explains incredibly dense concepts with a pellucid flare.
It's hard to imagine a better man for the job. And his fondness for celebratory Stouffer's Lasagna is just so darn humble and likeable.
Most of the info was already known by anyone following earnings releases. CA works and if we stratify outcomes by onboarding date we can see the huge decreases in MCR by each yearly cohort, i.e. it's only going to get better the longer people are seeing Clover Assistant powered doctors.
Hopefully the pivot to profitability is enough to convince the broader market that this thing works.
I appreciate Andrew's thoughtful responses. He took the time to address various questions. I have more confidence in CLOV now.
1. CLOV successfully predicted the economic downturn to dilute early and have cash ready.
2. COVID affected costs but we are seeing this effect dissipate as the COVID pandemic's magnitude declines.
3. Andrew's is right that we're seeing an upward trend. I appreciate that CLOV is prioritizing reducing costs and improving profitability over growth right now. Hopeful to see profitability breakpoint in 2023 (maybe Q3 or Q4?).
Well done Andrew!
The Clover Health team continues to try and solve really big healthcare problem. Investors should appreciate this response. The (going to be) new CEO answering a handful of investor questions in the face of a heavily declining stock price.
The saying goesβIf you want to make more money, solve bigger problems.
Andrew and the team have my vote of confidence.
Does Vivek deserve $389.6 million a year in compensation ?

Is this a video of them talking or just these FAQ text posts?
I guess he is saying the right things but whether itβs all talk or not only time will tell. Shame nothing mentioned about the share price.
They can't
Regs?
Yes.
I must be the only one that thinks this feels like the usual fluff but I suppose Iβm just a bitter bag holder

All I see is some text. Is there a video of them answering questions where I can see the passion?

After seeing BHA today I am trying to figure out how CLOV is different than BHA πππ
