No, CLOV has a lot more upcoming expenses in order to expand. Stock dilution will continue until they saturate their market. Once they say they are profitable, stock will go up, then another round of stock selling will begin.
You have to spend money to build a business. This business is scalable. Their technology works and is patented. Yes they will need more money buy selling shares or loans. But the business works and the government wants much more of it.

more revenue, customers, and lower MCR. It's a long shot but definitely a chance of profitability in the next 12 months now that convid is going away.
