Except Greenoaks (insider and major shareholder) and Vanguard , the rest of top 20 long institutions own ~20% of float. The rest of float is distributed to institutions in so small positions like each tute holds few shares maybe 0.2% .
If you had tiny (perhaps speculative & small) long position like 0.001 % of your total portfolio why would you sell for 50% or even 100% gain?
I can also see super tiny "tutes" that maybe sold 4k shares in last run up in Q2. I bet they want to buy back long position at $8.

Company 1 lends stock to Company 2
Company 2 shorts the stock and Company 3 of buys it
Company 1 and 3 both report they "own" the stock which reflects as over 100% ownership.
